The rooms were clean and comfortable with a great view of the city. The location was convenient to several restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff was helpful when we needed recommendations for local attractions.
The noise level was unbearable. The walls were paper-thin and we could hear every conversation and movement from our neighbors.

The location of the hotel is amazing, with beautiful views overlooking the bay. There is even a 'balcony' area next to the window where you can sit and enjoy the scenery. The room is spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a separate work area. The staff is pleasant and helpful, despite language barriers. There is also a restaurant nearby that serves delicious food.
The mattress has a rubber cover to protect it, which can make for sweaty nights, even with the air conditioning working.

The views from the hotel room were absolutely stunning! Overlooking the bay, I couldn't help but be in awe of the beautiful scenery. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with clean and cozy beds. Another great aspect was the helpful staff, who despite the language barrier, went out of their way to assist us during our Christmas stay.
One downside we experienced was the lack of English spoken by the hotel staff. It did prove to be a slight challenge at times when trying to communicate our needs.
